Welcome to Kings Conference Centre

Based in Holy Trinity Church we offer a number of solutions for events and meeting spaces, including full event management and production services. Following a £1.6m investment in our buildings, we are able to provide you with a variety of spaces that combine historical architecture with a contemporary feel. We’ve been looking after a number of events for years, so let us help you with yours.

10 minutes’ walk from Leicester train station and 15 minutes’ drive from M1 junction 21, Kings Conference Centre is easily reachable in the centre of Leicester.

Room hire

We offer a number of different spaces according to the capacity you need (from 3 to 600 people) with a range of AV facilities at your disposal.

Catering

Our partner Kings Coffee House can provide all manner of food provision from sandwiches to a hot buffet.

Event Management

We can help you plan your event from start to finish, including production and stewarding.

Free Wifi

Make sure your delegates can find resources and stay connected with free Wifi throughout our buildings.

Audio-visual services

We offer a range of services depending on what your event needs, including a full band setup or conference calling facilities..

Our rooms

  • Main Hall:
    Our main meeting space has capacity for up to 600 people (500 theatre, 200 cabaret, 200 classroom, 600 standing), including a raked balcony seating 200.
  • Lounge:
    A smaller space adjoining the main hall, this hosts up to 150 people (100 theatre, 64 cabaret, 60 classroom, 150 standing), or turns into two spaces for 25 people each.
  • Turner Street Rooms:
    A choice of 5 difference spaces for smaller meetings.
  • Trinity Hall:
    Our other building around the corner provides further space for up to 150 people (100 theatre, 64 cabaret, 60 classroom, 150 standing).
